ALABASTER OFFERING WHAT IS ALABASTER? What is Alabaster? The Alabaster Offering provides funds for property and buildings around the world. While we understand the church consists of the people of God and not a building, buildings erected for the purpose of ministry help provide a sense of permanence, functionally enhance ministry efforts, and convey an attitude that the Church of the Nazarene intends to “put down roots.” Alabaster funds are used to provide places where people worship, heal, learn, and missionaries live. HOW IS ALABASTER RECEIVED? The Alabaster Offering gets to the mission field via several avenues. The most widely used is the Alabaster Box. Individuals are challenged to regularly contribute the cost of items they desire but do not need. The boxes also serve as reminders to pray for those people who will benefit from Alabaster buildings. You can purchase Alabaster boxes here . Traditionally, Alabaster funds are received in September and February. We never give your information away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions as you have specified. Giving is very simple, and there’s no need to remember a password. Our church is full of younger families, and we have a Nursery available for children from the ages of New Born to the age of 3. The nursery also includes a Nap Room, Changing Areas, Toddler Toilets, plenty of toys for the kiddos, and a space for mothers to tend to their children safely. WHERE CAN I WATCH THE LIVE STREAM? Our 10:15 am service is streamed through Facebook Live and on the Watch Online page of our website. WHERE DO I PARK? Our church is nestled in the heart of the Kingsburg community, which makes parking more fluid than most. There is plenty of parking in either the North or South parking lots. You are also more than welcome to park along the curbs around the property. What time do the Sunday school classes start?
