giving policy & faq

The Well Community Church uses the company PushPay to process all our online contributions, and your information is secured by PushPay and will remain private. We never give your information away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions as you have specified.

 

Giving is very simple, and there’s no need to remember a password. Simply log in to the giving platform from our website or The Well Church App. A secure code will be sent to your mobile phone, where you can give or modify your recurring gifts.

 

You can schedule new contributions, modify, or cancel existing contributions at any time prior to the scheduled date. Once the contribution has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you have any problems or questions related to this, contact finance@thewellcommunity.org.
